Yoga

In yoga, we increase strength, flexibility and balance while breathing healthy harmony between mind and body. MFB Yoga classes are taught from this perspective.

Practice

All postures can be modified to accommodate everyone. From beginner to experienced, we cater to the individual student in an inviting atmosphere without chanting or “OM”ing.

Our Space

I designed this space to serve our community. As a yoga teacher, I wanted to create a space to practice with a feeling of openness and light.

 

More than that, the MFB Studio is also open to community events and others who seek to share their knowledge of health and wellness.
