Walking The Seasons
Join Heather Wezel, RH, MEd for a unique exploration of the five elements of Traditional Asian Medicine combined with Western herbalism. The energy of the five elements is a very ancient, holistic, and potent framework from which to nourish our health. Common seasonal imbalances and appropriate herbal remedies for each will be covered. Plus, supportive diet and lifestyle strategies for each season will be integrated. Engage your senses as you taste a variety of herbs and herbal preparations and learn how a little awareness and forethought can bump our wellbeing up to the next level as we harmonize with the season!
(This Six-Series Class meets monthly but each class can stand alone if you can’t make each one.)

Heather Wetzel, MEd, RH has been a practicing clinical herbalist for over 15 years. A seasoned educator, one of her greatest passions is to share the healing herbs with her community.
Currently, she teaches herbalism classes through her Charlottesville office at The Elderberry Community Herbs & Healing and through West Virginia University David College of Agriculture online. She practices Western energetic herbalism and specializes in creating wellness plans that support vibrant health for the whole family.
